Reason vs. Apologetics: Context! Context! Context!

Statement of Intent

As a former Christian-turned-atheist (yes, I'm one of THOSE), I tend to spend a lot of time perusing websites dedicated to the GREAT DEBATE. What I see from the Christian camp are the same old arguments that have been floating around for a couple millennia or so, with perhaps a few modernistic philosophical slants thrown in now and again. But generally speaking, things haven't really changed a helluva lot, and when I DO choose to participate in the discussions, I find that I'm forced to repeat the same old refutals again and again. Frankly, I'm getting tired of it.

So, I've decided to bring the arguments here to have a place of reference to point to, thus freeing me up for the other half-finished projects I'm working on. Basically, any time I catch an interesting little fishy during my wade up the internet stream, I'll transplant it over here, and gut it at my leisure.
